B787 Fuselages completed

Hello everyone,

Recent progress with the B787 project that I can finally share, the fuselages have finally been completed and ready to be used as master parts for the subsequent molding work.

The project is advancing well, as planned and with three main areas to work on:

  • Reprint, mold and cast (transparent) the passenger windows and also, new cockpit windshields.
  • Reprint, mold and cast the new tail section, that is; tail cone, tailfin, rudder, stabilizers and elevators.
  • Reprint, mold and cast of the various new parts, for instance, the new door plugs, APU cone, center galley floors, new L3/R3 galley ceiling (LED socket repositioning) the new AFT hold for the 787-10 and the preparation of other parts that need to be printed separately like the position lights at the tailcone which most surely will be printed on a base together with other parts. Nosecone will be printed rather than casted, although it depends still one some factors that I need to check.

There is going to be a small update this weekend in which I will share photos of the upcoming figure set, the result has been successful and very soon I will begin the work with the second set, there will be several sets to be released, they will be released simulatenously.

That is all for now, I keep on working on the 787, the 747 will be started once I am at the stocking phase for the 787.

Best wishes,
Guillem
